Amy Lay"Beneath the Blues"

Amy Lay's paintings are infused with her love of nature, and reflect wonderment of the world around her.   Capturing the energy of every animal with uplifting gestures and a gentle hand, Amy manages to impart a fresh impression of familiar favorites.  While she is heavily inspired by her experiences growing up in the shadow of the Eagle Cap Wilderness of Northeastern Oregon on her family's fifth generation mountain ranch, the intimacy with her work and fascination with her subject matter is entirely from her own soul.
